Ditidaht / Nitinaht

The Ditidaht First Nation are a proud Nuu-chah-nulth Nation whose traditional territory lies along the rugged southwest coast of Vancouver Island, centred around Nitinaht (Dididaht) Lake and the Pacific Ocean.

 

For countless generations, the Ditidaht people have lived in close relationship with the forests, rivers, and waters that sustain them, guided by deep cultural teachings, language, and ancestral knowledge.
